They are characterized by reliability and stability, and the probability of product problems is low. In the face of different industrial sites, the industrial computer may be in a very complex environment, such as dust, high-frequency vibration, ultra-high temperature, etc., which can cause damage to the industrial computer, coupled with human factors, causing the industrial computer to fail to work properly use. Now for some common use environments, when the industrial computer cannot be started, the general judgment steps:
The possible phenomena that the industrial computer cannot start are:
1. There is no response when the industrial computer is turned on, the indicator light of the industrial motherboard does not light up, and the power supply fan does not rotate.
1. First, check whether the power supply of the industrial computer is normal.
2. If the AC input is normal, it should be considered whether the power supply of the industrial computer is faulty. At this time, the ATX power supply port and the large 4P port of the CPU power supply should be removed, and the green and black wires of the ATX power supply port should be short-circuited with tweezers or wires. See if the power supply can operate normally at this time. If the power supply fan can operate normally at this time, it means that the power supply itself has no problem. At this time, the situation of the industrial motherboard should be considered. It is necessary to remove the redundant card-type USB devices on the industrial motherboard, leaving only the most basic devices to see if the industrial computer can run. If the industrial computer still cannot run normally, the industrial motherboard should be removed to check whether there is a short circuit or burnout.
2. After the industrial computer is turned on, the fan runs normally, but cannot start normally
1. The BIOS alarms when the industrial computer is turned on. This kind of situation is the most common situation. For details, please refer to the meaning of the BIOS alarm sound of each model.
2. There is no alarm sound when the industrial computer is turned on, and the CPU fan rotates for a while and then stops, and so on. Consider a problem with powering the CPU or a loose CPU.
3. When the industrial computer is turned on, the display keeps stopping at the initial BIOS initialization startup interface, and the next step cannot be performed. At this point, take a look at the peripherals part, whether there is a U disk or other USB devices inserted, most of which are BIOS problems. After unplugging the relevant USB devices and restarting, the industrial computer can run normally. It is recommended to update the BIOS to fix this fault.
4. If there is no alarm sound after the industrial computer is turned on, and the CPU fan is running normally, but cannot be initialized normally, the minimum system method should be used to analyze whether there is any attachment on the industrial motherboard that causes a short circuit or the motherboard is burned out.
